 Young Managers Society is a professional Membership society of Managers and Entrepreneurs under 45 years of Age. It is a premier organization for business professionals to network, develop careers and serve communities. It is a unique, global organization committed to growing moral and ethical leadership throughout the world. Members meet regularly to interact, attend seminars, and hold gala events such as charity golf tournaments and awards banquets. Speakers provide exposure to current events and topics in business and the community.

Membership is  open to all interested business professionals and entreprenuers. Through the society members form lasting friendships and meaningful business relationshipsThe Kenyan Chapter is based in Nairobi.

The Society acts as a forum to exchange ideas on best management practices and networking.its a forum for leadership development that contributes towards improved quality of management. It aims to cultivate vibrant leadership among its members and provide opportunities for young professionals to exchange skills,ideas and experiences that will enhance their leadership capabilities.

Leadership

As a not-for-profit organization, Young Managers Society  is driven by a Board of senior executives from across the industry. Appointed by members, the Forum’s Board sets the organization’s strategy and future direction.
